The Outline & Analysis may be used as follows:
1) With Internet Explorer, click the link “THE OUTLINE” in the lower left corner of the webpage to open The Outline & Analysis (which takes only a brief moment). Once opened, simply "minimize" The Outline & Analysis, if desired, in order to read the current posting on the Home page (click "Home" at the upper right corner of the webpage if not already on the Home page). The Outline & Analysis may then be re-opened/minimized when needed.
With Mozilla Firefox, click the link “THE OUTLINE” in the lower left corner of the webpage to open The Outline & Analysis (which takes only a brief moment). Once opened, simply click back and forth between the webpage and The Outline & Analysis at the top of the browser. Click "Home" at the upper right corner of the webpage to return to the current posting if not already on the Home page.
2) The pages of The Outline & Analysis corresponding with the ("TO") page numbers (bracketed in red) in the current posting may be viewed by typing the cited page number (or the page number beginning the cited range of page numbers) into the page selection feature of Adobe Reader or Acrobat.
The Table of Contents (pages 1-24) of The Outline & Analysis also may be printed or otherwise consulted.
The “TABLE OF CASES” in the lower left corner of the webpage also may be opened, if needed.
